Practical information
With a great location on Funen, near Middelfart, First Camp Skovlund offers an excellent base for both short and long holiday trips. Whether you come with your own caravan, tent, or rent a cabin from us. The E20 motorway is just a 5-minute drive from the site, so you are quickly on your way to the day’s experiences or your next adventure.
Opening Hours
The destination is open from early spring to autumn. But, of course, you can book online all year round!
Kitchen
In our service building, there are kitchens available for free use. Large, bright kitchens where you’ll find ovens, stoves, and sinks. There’s the option to enjoy your meal at one of the tables in the kitchen or in the sun on the terrace. For those camping in tents, there’s the possibility to store or exchange cooling elements. You also have the option to use our communal grill in the grilling area.
Toilet & Bath Facilities
Our bath and toilet buildings are large and nice. There are several family bathrooms with extra space, perfect when the family needs to get ready for a trip. For families with children, there are of course changing rooms and a dedicated children’s section.
Laundry Room
We have a washing machine and dryer available for use. Codes for the machines are obtained at the reception upon payment. Washing: 30 DKK – Drying: 30 DKK. The laundry room is located in service building 2.

Brenderup cabin
At the top of the site, the Brenderup cabins are located. The cabin is designed for 6 people with two separate bedrooms – one with a double bed and one with bunk beds -, two lofts, a kitchen/living room with a dining area, and a bathroom with shower and toilet. On the south-facing terrace, there are garden furniture so you can sit outside and enjoy the lovely Danish weather. Lovely cabin with space for children and adults of all ages. The cabin is equipped with everything in service, combined mini oven and hob, fridge with freezer, coffee machine, and kettle.

Brenderup cabin Plus
If your family needs a bit more space, our Brenderup Plus cabins might be just what you’re looking for. The cabin is designed for 6 people with two separate bedrooms – one with a double bed and one with bunk beds -, two lofts, a kitchen/living room with a dining area and sofa corner, and a bathroom with shower and toilet. On the south-facing terrace, there are garden furniture so you can sit outside and enjoy the lovely Danish weather. Lovely cabin with a bit extra space for children and adults of all ages.

Asperup cabin
The largest of our cabins is designed for 6 people with two separate bedrooms – one with a double bed and one with bunk beds -, a large loft for two people, a large, bright living room with kitchen, dining area, and sofa. Moreover, you won’t have to fight over who does the dishes – the cabin is equipped with a dishwasher. There is, of course, also a bathroom with shower and toilet. On the covered terrace, there are garden furniture. So, if the Danish weather lets you down, you can sit dry and enjoy your meals. The cabin is ideal for the larger family who wants a bit more space on their holiday. The cabin is equipped with everything in service, oven, stove, fridge with freezer, coffee machine, kettle, dishwasher, and TV.

Lillebælt cabin
This well-equipped cabin consists of one bedroom and a living area. Furnished for 4 people. The living area includes a dining table with chairs, a kitchenette, and a sofa bed for two. The bedroom features a bunk bed. The cabin has a toilet. The south-facing terrace adds a bit of extra space. The cabin is the perfect choice for a spontaneous cycling or motorbike trip where a little more room is appreciated. It is equipped with complete kitchenware, a combined mini oven and hob, fridge with freezer compartment, coffee maker, and electric kettle.

Båring cabin
This cabin is designed for couples or the small family that doesn’t require much space, but still appreciates high quality. The cabin is set up for 4 people with a separate bedroom with a double bed, living room with a sofa bed, and a bathroom. The living room has a kitchenette. This well-equipped cabin is our smallest, but perhaps coziest cabin. This log cabin consists of a combined sleeping and living area. In the cabin, there is a bunk bed and a sofa bed, which easily unfolds into a double bed. There is room for 4 people in this cabin. The south-facing terrace extends the cabin with a little extra space. The cabin is the obvious choice for the spontaneous bike or motorcycle trip. The cabin is equipped with everything in service, hotplate, fridge with freezer, coffee maker, and kettle.
