Our Hallingleilighet apartment provides pleasant and comfortable accommodation, with everything you need for a great camping holiday. This 34 m² apartment has beds for five people divided into two bedrooms with bunk beds, while the living room has a dining area, sofa and TV. The kitchen is fully equipped with a fridge, stove, oven, dishwasher and coffee maker. The apartment has its own bathroom with shower and toilet. The balcony door leads to a cosy patio from where you can enjoy views of Gol’s beautiful scenery – a true dream for anyone who loves mountain life!

Hallingleilighet – Gol

Welcome to Thøringhytte, a charming little cabin with a genuine mountain feeling! Simple accommodation in a 16 m² cabin, with beautiful nature on the doorstep. The cabin has beds for three people in a family bunk bed arrangement, as well as hot plates and a fridge. Outside the cabin there is a small veranda with a table and benches, from where you can take in the beautiful scenery.

Thøringhytte

The charming Thøringhytte Plus provides simple accommodation in a 16 m² cabin in the heart of Gol’s beautiful nature. The cabin has beds for four people in the form of two bunk beds, as well as hot plates and a fridge. Outside the cabin there is a small veranda with a table and benches, from where you can take in the beautiful scenery.

Thøringhytte Plus

Welcome to Stabburet! This charming 24 m² cabin provides cosy accommodation for up to six people. The beds are divided into two family bunk beds in the living area, making this the perfect cabin for a family or group of friends who really enjoy spending time together! There is a fridge and hot plates for basic cooking.

Please note that this cabin does not have running water. Kitchen, shower and toilet facilities are available in the nearby service buildings in the area. The stairs up to the 2nd floor into the Stabburet are very steep: for information for the elderly who find it difficult to get up steep stairs, and families with children with a lot of equipment/luggage

Stabburet

Martinbu is a charming 20 m² camping cabin providing simple and cosy accommodation. The cabin has room for up to five people – there is a separate bedroom with a family bunk bed, and a sofa bed for two people in the living area. There is also a fridge and hot plates for basic cooking. The cabin is located close to nature, with Gol’s beautiful scenery just outside the door.

Martinbu

Welcome to Hallinstua, your very own mountain cabin close to everything the area has to offer! This charming yet spacious 60 m² cabin has beds for eight people divided into three separate bedrooms. The bedroom on the bottom floor has room for three people (one double and one single bed), as well as a generous amount of storage space. The other two bedrooms are located in the cosy loft – one has two single beds, while the other has a double bed and a single bed. The loft leads out onto a pleasant balcony, with beautiful views of the area and the mountains beyond. The living room on the bottom floor is ideal for spending time together, with a dining area, sofa and TV. The fully equipped kitchen has a stove, oven, dishwasher, fridge and coffee maker. The cabin has its own bathroom with shower and toilet. The whole family will love it here!

In the heart of the Hallingdal trading area, you will find First Camp Gol – Hallingdal, which is known for its versatile range of activities in both summer and winter. The river that winds through the valley and the campsite surrounded by mountains and beautiful landscapes offer spectacular natural experiences for the whole family! Here you can hike in the mountains, explore the surroundings by bike, and fish in Hallingdal, but that&#8217;s not all: The destination also has a pool area, Hallingstampen Friluftsbad is very popular in the summer season.

This summer’s news in Gol: On June 21st, 83 new spots for caravans, motorhomes, and tents were opened in the lower part of the campsite. With fresh grass, a short walk to fishing in the Hallingdal River, a playground, newly renovated service buildings, and a restaurant with outdoor seating nearby. In July, Hallingstampen Outdoor Pool opened, featuring a nice outdoor area for relaxation and a kiosk offering light meals. The outdoor pool is now closed for the 2024 season but will reopen for the summer season of 2025.

At the campsite, you can stay in a cabin, apartment, or camping pitch with a caravan, motorhome, or tent. On the site, you always stay close to nature, and several of the cabins are furnished with wooden paneling on the walls to provide a genuine cabin feel

Gol is located in the middle of the country and is therefore a perfect starting point for many different excursions. Gol town center is just a few minutes away, where you will find many charming shops and restaurants. The Tropicana Water Park is a popular destination among families with children, and for those interested in skiing, there are several ski areas nearby. For example, you will find Skagahøgdi Ski Center just 10 minutes from the campsite.

Please note that the destination is currently under restoration, but everyone is of course welcome to camp, and stay in cabins or apartments. The Hallingstampen Outdoor Bath is also undergoing renovation and will be new and fresh by July if everything goes according to plan. At the same time, we would like to advertise the brand-new service buildings
