Welcome to a nice self-catering cabin for up to four people. The cabin has a bunk bed in sleeping alcove (lower bed 120 cm and upper bed 90 cm wide) and a sofa bed for two people. Space for extra bed. A family room, dining area for 5 people and TV. Fully equipped kitchen with hob, fridge, freezer and microwave. Bathroom with shower and WC. On the terrace you enjoy the view in our outdoor furniture. Popular cottage with magnificent views of Östersund and Lake Storsjön. An accommodation for those who want higher standard! Pets allowed.

During week 27 2023, a large fotball cup will be arranged in Östersund and many teams with young people will stay at the campsite.

First Camp Frösön – Östersund, with a view over the lake Storsjön, is located just a few minutes away from Östersund. This is the perfect place to enjoy life, the calmness and the nature at. The camping is open all year around and here you are offered a wide variety of activities during both summer and winter. Who knows, maybe you will be lucky enough to see the beast of the lake, Storsjöodjuret, during your holiday.

Connected to the camping site there is several historical walking trails that gives you the opportunity to explore the history and the magnificent nature of Jämtland. Here you can also enjoy a round of mini golf, boules, a game of basketball or beach volleyball and for the youngest members of the family we also have a playground.
&nbsp;
If you choose to stay on site during the days you will find the view of lake Storsjön very nice and relaxing. If you would rather want to spend your day exploring you will reach the city of Östersund and all its shopping and restaurants in just a few minutes. Close to the camping site you will also find Frösö golf course, Frösö zoo and Frösö tower with its magnificent view. Well worth a visit is the museum and historical park Jamtli.

During summer lake Storsjön can offer days at the beach. For those who want there is also a surfers area. During the winter it is very popular to go ice skating, when the ice is thick enough on the lake, or to visit the winter park.
